About Wildwood Farms

Welcome! We’re so glad you stopped by

Our Farm is located in the Wild and Remote Eastern Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

We are a start-up farm focusing on Lavender, Elderberry, Maple Syrup, and Lumber through the utilization of sustainable harvesting of storm-damaged trees.

Our passion for the outdoors and the remote location of the property has led us to want to cultivate plants that will thrive in our challenging region with minimal artificial influences.

There is abundant wildlife on the farm.

Our co-inhabitants are bear, bobcat, timber wolf, coyote, deer, wild turkey, ruffed and sharp-tail grouse as well as a plethora of songbirds.  It isn’t uncommon to see a bald eagle soaring overhead, and Sandhill Cranes are also common visitors.

We look forward to our upcoming challenge of establishing our farm and sharing the bounty of this beautiful and wild land that we have been so blessed to inhabit.
